We need volunteers! At any given time, we have one or more active committees that need dedicated members and directors. We will also post here if we are searching for new Board members or volunteers to work events. Follow this page for new postings, and contact us if you are interested in a position.
Sitting Board Member
Board members serve for two-year terms. Our board is currently filled, but we do accept applications to keep on file until a position opens up. If you would like to be considered when a board position opens, please fill out an application.
Volunteer - Doctor/Nurse Practitioner/Psychiatrist
We are currently seeking medical personnel who can donate a few hours a month to help us meet our mission of providing medical services to the LGBTQ community in Texoma. Interested parties should be able to prescribe medication, and should be open to treating clients with HIV and providing gender transition-related services such as hormone replacement therapy (HRT). Volunteer - Attorney
We are currently seeking an attorney who can donate a few hours a month to help us meet our mission of providing legal consultation services to the LGBTQ community in Texoma. Potential issues may include name change and gender marker change, custody and adoption, discrimination, or spousal benefits. Volunteer - Counselor
We are currently seeking volunteers to provide mental health services. This includes conducting intakes and assessing overall needs, connecting clients with necessary resources, advocating on behalf of clients, and providing individual and family counseling. Interested parties should be knowledgeable in LGB and gender-related issues, and should take an LGBTQIA+-affirmative approach to care.
